Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) is a colorless gas with a strong odor of rotten eggs. Exposure to hydrogen sulfide may irritate the eyes and respiratory system and even cause death. Workers need to be trained and aware of the dangers without exception.

Students will learn how Hydrogen sulfide can affect employees in many industries including but not limited to factory workers, petroleum and natural gas workers, construction, drilling and refinery, wastewater treatment, agricultural, plumbing, and landfills.

In addition, students will learn how to provide the latest information and direction to employees, so they are:

  • Know how to protect themselves
